ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The above Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and Catwalkready. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by a Director of Catwalkready.
GOVERNING LAW
The Terms Of Service together with all our policies and procedures will be governed by and construed in accordance to the relevant English law and the relevant courts of England will have exclusive jurisdiction.
